No Refund Policy

Overview

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase is completed.

By completing your purchase, you agree to this No Refund Policy and acknowledge that you will not be entitled to any reimbursement or replacement for any products or services purchased from us, except in cases where items are received damaged or defective (see “Damaged or Defective Items” below).

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges on any of the following items under any circumstances:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)

  • Intimate or sanitary products

  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases

  • Downloadable software or digital products

  • Gift cards

  • Health and personal care items

  • Any opened, used, or altered products

Damaged or Defective Items

We will replace items only if they are received defective or damaged. To request a replacement, contact us at {email address} within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence of the damage. If approved, you may be required to return the item to: {physical address}, at your expense.

We do not guarantee replacement for items damaged due to mishandling or improper use by the customer.

Gifts

Items marked as gifts at the time of purchase and shipped directly to the recipient are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. If a damaged gift item qualifies for replacement, a gift credit may be issued at our discretion.

Shipping

You are responsible for all return shipping costs related to replacement requests. Shipping fees are non-refundable. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.
